Lowboard made of recycled oak and steel
Clear, linear design meets functionality. Lowboard TERRESTRE, with its minimalist design of recycled oak wood combined with powder-coated steel, provides a discreet yet classy look in your home.
The storage areas at sideboard and lowboard height are made up of a 60 x 60 cm cube and two 40 x 40 cm cubes in a row and are paired with an elegant combination of doors, behind which personal items, books or crockery can be stored safely and securely.
The base of the shelving system is a frame made of 2 cm thick square steel tube, into which an internal table top made of 2 cm thick, solid oak wood was integrated. The doors used are also made of robust, recycled oak with exciting wood grain and can be opened by a slight push-to-open function. In order to highlight the grain optimally and to protect and care for the oak wood, it is treated several times with organic hard oil.
Despite the obvious front and back, TERRESTRE is due to the open element without back wall as a room divider or as a freestanding piece of furniture in the room, which inspires by valued processing.
As with all of our products, this piece of furniture is manufactured in co-operation with regional producers under as environmentally friendly conditions as possible.
